CSL commenced trading as Contract Solutions Limited in January 1994. The team at CSL are unusual, for a start they specialise in Clinical Developmenty and have the ear of the industry managers, but more importantly from your standpoint, the technical staff are themselves capable scientists with work expertise secured in the disciplines CSL recruits to which they can share with candidates. The technical staff have superb professional relationships with clients based on a mutual respect built up over many of successful placements. They have first hand knowledge of the roles they fill form managing contracted staff in companies and know what interview techniques clients utilise. Many of the recruiting managers were themselves candidates and much of our candidate and client business is 'repeat' due to a sound track record of personal rapport and success.
The team handle vacancies from Industry Entrant to Director levels in Europe They are best placed to assist those scientists, nurses, pharmacists and physicians seeking industry employment within the EU who have an automatic Right to Work there and those with EU industry based work experience. That experience may be an industrial work placement or allied experience in the health service working on clinical trials for example.
CSL is not a CRO, the company only represents client vacancies and the openings can be permanent positions with employers, rolling project assignments lasting 3 -18 months or interim roles to backfill managerial absences. Many of the more junior contracted roles result in conversion to client employment and are used as a test period by employers. Our teams reputation placing Managers and Directors is now well established too and each year, ore thyan 50% of the roles we filled in 2008 were in the £55,000+ salary banding.
