I came to Clinical Research from a toxicology background, which seemed to put off potential employers. I posted my CV on the web and applied for 70 jobs in 6 months. I found CSL by chance, late in my job search, and submitted my CV. They were different from other recruitment agencies from the start. The first phone call that I received from CSL was to talk to ME, not to try and persuade me to go for interviews for jobs that I didn’t want. I was kept fully informed of the progress of vacancies that I had been put forward for and new vacancies were sent to me regularly. Within a month of contacting CSL I was sitting in their offices with a contract on the desk.
The support of CSL didn’t stop there. I was required to start work within 2 weeks of being offered a job, and CSL offered me financial and practical help so that I could relocate as quickly as possible. I would recommend CSL very highly to anyone wanting to break into the field of clinical research.
