My relationship with CSL was one of chance. After returning from my travels abroad I sent out copies of my CV to numerous agencies and companies in the UK with the goal of securing myself a job in the Pharmaceutical industry. Soon after I received a phone call from Pete at CSL to discuss what kind of job I was looking for. From first contact I found him to be very obliging and helpful; a trait which has continued both with him and the rest of the CSL staff.
It was not until having started my placement at Merck Sharp Dohme and having an introductory talk with Pete (who drove all the way to Hertfordshire to welcome me) that I realised CSL is driven by only seven members of staff. I was very surprised at this as their efficiency and professionalism exceeds that of any agency of any size I have previously worked with - of which there are many.
I have found CSL to be faultlessly reliable, professional and reasonable and I would positively encourage anyone thinking of working with them to do so.
