With an excellent scientific background, but with only two years experience in Clinical Research many recruitment agencies laughed at the idea of me looking for a CRA position and were incredibly unhelpful.
However, within one month of contacting CSL I had interviewed for and been offered my dream job, as a CRA!
My experience with CSL was very different to that with other agencies, even from the very first telephone call. They treated me as an individual and worked incredibly hard to find a position which would suit my experience and skills. They were realistic about my lack of CRA experience, but also gave a great deal of encouragement and advice on what kind of positions were “out there” for me. The additional support CSL provided before and after the interviews was also superb, advice and also constructive criticism but without being overbearing or patronising (like other agencies). I am very grateful for everything they did for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending CSL to anyone. They are one of a kind.
