After working in laboratory medicine for 4 years I was ready to leave the NHS and pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Many recruitment agencies showed no interest in my background and experiences, and others could only come up with more lab jobs which is what I wanted to get away from!!
CSL on the other hand took the time to listen to what I wanted from my career and what posts would be suitable to get my foot in the door of the Pharma industry. The staff were very encouraging and positive about my abilities. After a successful interview with P&GP I was overwhelmed by the response from my interviewers who were extremely keen to take me on board.
I am now happy in my new job and am sure I have made the right career move, with CSL's help.
