I just returned from travelling, when the realisation hit me that I needed to find a job in clinical trials, like me you probably updated your CV, and then hit the recruitment agencies. Applying to recruitment agencies is all a little daunting as your career is in their hands, and there is very little you can do about it. CSL were brilliant, I had an initial interview, where we talked about what area I would like to go into, and then when suitable jobs started to appear they helped me bring out the best in my CV. I would like to say a very big thank you to all at CSL Recruitment who helped me get my first job in clinical trials. They offered me some very good advice, as regards to my future aspirations and what I need to be doing now to achieve them. Prior to my first interview I spoke with one of their consultants who put my mind at ease, she gave me brilliant advice on the type of questions to expect and the main points to focus on. I really can’t emphasise enough how helpful the mock interview was. Consequently I got the job and haven’t looked back since. I must say all the other agency staff in my office are very jealous at the attention I get from CSL and how professional they are.
