  • To process personal information that your supply to us via the internet to CSL’s internal candidate database for use in internal database searches which may identify you as a potential candidate for a job which is not marketed on the external CSL website.
  • To, with your consent only after due consideration of a specific job, process your Personal Data and Job Criteria including your Curriculum Vitae on to CSL’s Clients in accord with your instructions for a valid job application.
  • For internal record keeping in accord with Data Protection, Employment Discrimination and other relevant European or International Employment Legislation.
  • To use the information to ‘benchmark’ salaries against roles or collate general statistics on marketing response, candidate accrual or availability which we use to promote or improve our service to clients or candidates.
  • To use the information to send you marketing emails or SMS text messages about new jobs which we believe meet your needs or jobs which may be of interest to your peers or friends or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail.
  • We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
