Senior Administrator - Legal division

Please note that this role is offered on an initial 8 week contract with a possibility of extension beyond.
My client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their legal division to assist in^the compilation, cataloguing and archiving of contracts. Working in this small team environment, the successful candidate will have an analytic and methodical approach to work and be able to focus their problem solving abilities to tackle the task in hand.
It will be essential that the successful candidate have a good sense of humour and be able to tackle tasks with a logical and systematic approach.
Although this role is to be based within the legal team, such experience will be very^much a bonus rather than a prerequisite. It is important however that the candidate be willing to act hands on and learn quickly so that they may work predominantly independently to accomplish tasks set.
Essential Skills & Qualification
My^client is seeking candidate who has a good attention to detail and a conscientious work ethos to ensure for accuracy for input onto database.
Legal experience would be advantageous, however this is not essential
Library experience (the role may include cataloguing)
Personal qualities should include; patience, focus and determination
Software Competence: MS Office
Valid Driving License: Essential
Working Language(s): English
