Senior Recruitment Consultant, Pharmaceuticals
Basic £35,000, OTE £60,000
Representing clients who are amongst the most successful in the World requires real talent. Our team of recruitment specialists are involved with 360º recruitment for both permanent and contract vacancies in drug development for the biggest and the best of clientele.
CSL has been fortunate in building a level of success which rewards in terms of repeat business, solid relationships and expertise in key account management alongside candidate selection.
The Director, Recruitment Operations is keen to extend the current team with the appointment of experienced consultants who want to focus their attention on selection and search rather than sales. Here that's entirely possible we are never short of opportunity and CSL's presence on PSL's and links with industry are second to none.
You will manage client accounts and be functionally aligned but recruit vertically from Executive to Director Levels. Most but not all of CSL's business is UK focused.
You will be placing candidates in both permanent and temporary vacancies with blue chip, emerging, and biotech companies. Your skill will be in the analysis of the clients^specific role needs, marketing positions, finding then analysing candidate's skills and career considerations and then evaluating candidates from a behavioural standpoint. With excellent support both in terms of management and administration, we aim^to provide an environment that can lead to personal success.
We don't have call rates; expend effort on neither cold calling nor need to source jobs. Instead we focus on quality, careful consideration, dialogue and professionalism in our work. Our^job flow is exceptional and automatic, we work with a number of MSP partners for contract hire and count amongst our clients AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Amgen, MSD, J&J, Roche, Allergan and many smaller companies who offer exciting roles.
Our functional expertise covers Phase I-IV, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory, Safety, QA, Pharmaceutical Science and Medical.
To succeed at CSL you will want to partner with your client, build a detailed understanding of their business and engage as a professional providing expertise, advice and honest viewpoints, much more than a CV handling service.
Compliance is a key attribute and our clients demand it, we too prefer to ensure ready success by focusing on teamwork and avoiding 'silos' in terms^of expertise or role scope. Every consultant has access to work on every vacancy we have, every candidate who places their trust in our team has access to every job as a rule. No one “owns” either and the opportunity for learning is immense.
