The Director, Recruitment Operations is keen to extend the current team with the appointment of experienced consultants who want to focus their attention on selection and search rather than sales. Here that's entirely possible we are never short of opportunity and CSL's presence on PSL's and links with industry are second to none.
Job Summary
You will manage client accounts and be functionally aligned but recruit vertically from Executive to Director Levels. Most but not all of CSL's business is UK focused.
You will be placing candidates in both permanent and temporary vacancies with blue chip, emerging, and biotech companies. Your skill will be in the analysis of the clients^specific role needs, marketing positions, finding then analysing candidate's skills and career considerations and then evaluating candidates from a behavioural standpoint. With excellent support both in terms of management and administration, we aim^to provide an environment that can lead to personal success.
We don't have call rates; expend effort on neither cold calling nor need to source jobs. Instead we focus on quality, careful consideration, dialogue and professionalism in our work. Our^job flow is exceptional and automatic, we work with a number of MSP partners for contract hire and count amongst our clients AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Amgen, MSD, J&J, Roche, Allergan and many smaller companies who offer exciting roles.
Our functional expertise covers Phase I-IV, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory, Safety, QA, Pharmaceutical Science and Medical.

Essential Skills &Qualification
We will only consider candidates who have a successful record in life science/pharmaceutical recruitment
Used to working to targets you will be readily able to demonstrate you have a history of billing your desk cost and more.
We're keen to add skills in scientific sectors beyond clinical R&D and in the GMP/Supply Chain/Quality areas
You will want to be part of an office based team
Your knowledge of recruitment will cover contingent and/or retained search for contract and permanent staff.
You will need to be a car driver to travel as part of your role.
