Part time ABPI Administrator, 22.5 hours - 4 month contract

Responsibilities include:
Acknowledgement to requesting country of initial request for UK expert to participate in an activity outside the UK
Assessment of compliance with ABPI Code of Practice re arrangement of meeting and following up with requesting country as appropriate
Contacting expert to determine interest and availability / issuing hold the date letter for event
Calculation of Fair Market Value for payment
Liaison with finance dept re contract and payment of expert
Skill and Preferred experience:
Ideal candidate would be educated to degree level and^have a working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice.
Good administrative skills, excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be able to work with a level of initiative.

Software Competence: MS Office, Adobe, Database experience
Valid Driving License: Not Required
