What happens when you are registered then? One of our team will be assigned to follow up and conduct a registration interview with you by 'phone, the session can be out of hours and if relevant we'll also meet you. When a new role presents we always conduct an 'automatch' within the database to bring up those candidates who meet the job criteria, then we email information and set up calls to discuss interest. One of the technical team will send you the client job description and any background information on employment terms and then evaluate your 'fit' and review the job specifics. If you're suited to the role we'll ask for your written consent to submission for that role and submit your CV version along with our summation of your suitability.
Once we've secured an interview we offer a pre interview counsel session where we test your preparation, company knowledge, job understanding or provide practical tips on client interview techniques. We'll keep in contact throughout the process by SMS and 'phone and once we have news you'll have it too. At any one time we have over 100 open jobs and in any one year we register around 900 new candidates. Our team of 12 manage to 'juggle' your needs with clients timeframes and mitigate where necessary.
Unless we are conducting a retained search we will consider you for roles in parallel, ultimately the choice remains yours and we want you to have the widest selection of choice so you find the role which allows both personal and professional needs to be met.
