Unlike traditional CROs running resourcing groups our managers can tailor the way in which we contract to meet personal needs at differing times in your career. Clients prefer that we employ, support and train the associate and executive level staffing and our managers do just that. Contract project managers, statisticians, programmers and interims often prefer a more independent form of Day Rate contracting we do that too, finally where IR35 and the model of work supervision truly permits self employment, we can contract that way too.
Our PAYE staff have all the normal benefits of employment and we encourage career development moving staff from client to client and from contract to permanent employment.
