CSL is not a CRO, the company only represents client vacancies and the openings can be permanent positions with employers, rolling project assignments lasting 3 -18 months or interim roles to backfill managerial absences. Many of the more junior contracted roles result in conversion to client employment and are used as a test period by employers.
