Tasks include:

Writing job advertisements
Job Postings/Monitoring using Broadbean
Relational database search
CV Database interrogation
Sourcing calls to secure candidates
Telephone pre-screen of candidate
Journal/website scans
Job Sourcing and update call to clients·
Conference/Events & Marketing Campaigns

There are up to 2 new vacancies and the team will consider candidates who can work a minimum of 35hrs/wk. Applicants must have Grade B GCSE in English & Mathematics and/or a higher level of qualification, science or business/IT graduates with some office or telesales work experience can be considered. You must already be competent in use of WORD to create and manipulate documents. Competence in internet search, OUTLOOK Excel and speed and accuracy in typing is also essential. As we source mainly scientists and clinicians, applicants from the NHS, pharmaceutical industry or science would particularly enjoy the work content. The salary is negotiable depending on qualification and experience level. The company offers access toa company pension, annual bonus and training in addition. There is good scope for development in this role and we look for candidates who have self starting ability, common sense, a good telephone manner and aptitude for database work.

Candidates must have an automatic right to work in the UK and be living within a commutable distance from work. Fluency in English is essential.
