Expansion has enabled appointment of 2 new Associates, you will follow others who have successfully joined the business and developed their career in pharmaceutical recruitment, one^of the most enterprising business sectors.

Your role remit will include:

Writing copy for job advertisements
Social networking to identify candidates for roles we handle and screening candidates for suitability for our client's roles
Monitoring client intelligence and identifying opportunities for our candidates and the business
Monitoring job boards and reaching out to potential candidates and clients

Your role involves a significant amount of telephone contact, real time data entry^and analysis of information that you capture, Your team work will provide synergy and maximise potential for business and revenues.

You will be trained well and help our recruiting team meet client defined performance indicators for successful placements and staff attraction. You will be trained by the best in the business and learn how to recruit to a best practice standard if you meet the grade. There is scope for steady progression and a well established training and development process.

What do we look for:

A good degree level qualification
GCSE English and Maths at Grade B or above
Excellent communication skills
Computer Literacy
Drive, ambition and demonstrable self motivation whether it be during your study or in the work place
Attention to detail
Fluent English language skills

The roles are office based in Surrey.
Starting salary of £20,000 increasing to £23,000 after training. OTE at one year should exceed £26,000 for successful candidates.

We will consider 'gap' year and industrial year students who can work for at least 12 months. We will also consider experienced sales or admin professionals who have the drive and intellect to learn quickly and apply information provided to 'real time' people situations.
