This project management role is to manage international studies in one of the client's indications: cancer, transplantation, rheumatoid arthritis, metabolic diseases, anaemia, central nervous system disorders and viral diseases
Summary of duties
Lead global project teams as a member of the global Pharma Development Operations group
Provide direction in setting goals, establishing and maintaining accurate study level plans and ensuring that milestones are set and managed
Ensure that your teams have the appropriate resources to deliver high quality studies on time and within budget
Coach your teams to regularly report on progress and issues to senior managers
Develop andimplement audit, quality, risk management and contingency plans
Influence, motivate and coach your colleagues to build a top performing team
Maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and partners in other areas of the company
Qualifications required
Life Sciences or nursing degree from an established institution
Proven experience leading global multi-functional matrix study teams through all stages of clinical studies
Demonstrated skill in the development and implementation of risk management plans
Established ability to manage complex study budgets and resourcing plans
Experience in managing CROs and vendors
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
