CSL has been a Member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation since 1994 and uses its models of contract and work practices to protect clients and candidates from discriminatory practice or risk in the recruitment process. The technical staff all complete the Certificate in Recruitment Practice exam within one year of joining the team. Many of the senior staff are life scientists with further degrees and some are Honorary Fellows of the ICR and active members of BARQA and ACDM. Processes are well defined and refined after 14 years and CSL has never been engaged in any legal employment dispute in 14 years as a result.
