Summary of duties
Provide real-time healthcare compliance counseling advice
Develop healthcare compliance training material
Deliver healthcare compliance training for R&D HQ staff .Analyses needs for development of healthcare compliance programs in assigned areas
Initiates and supports development of policies in collaboration with Global R and D, functions, legal and R&D standards
Ensures consistency of compliance communication through intensive collaboration
Facilitates risk assessment of R&D HQ
Supports development of monitoring activities
Performs implemented monitoring activities for R&D HQ

Qualifications required
University Degree in legal, biomedical or life sciences, (or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience)
Demonstrated experience in evaluating and applying compliance requirements/ guidelines to new and real-life situations
Experience in medical affairs and/or clinical development Knowledge and experience in contracting and processes
Experience in developing training materials and delivering training
