Unique role for an individual with substantial experience of clinical programme management in Europe. Our client is seeking a qualified person to join new consulting team, providing benchmarking services to global clinical R and D clients.

To beconsidered in this role, candidates must have;
· led a global clinical development programme
· been involved in development of metrics reporting systems
· a thorough understanding of differing models for clinical development, both outsourced andin-house
· the personal skills to allow them to be credible and persuasive with groups of pharma decision makers

Specific activities in the role will be
· Contribute to the development of each benchmarking programme from questionnaire developmentthrough to client deliverables.
· Act as primary point of contact both internally and externally for named programmes.
· Matrix manage a team of analysts to deliver each benchmarking deliverable on time, to cost and quality.
· Provide subjectmatter expertise for areas of benchmarking responsibility.
· Take responsibility for developing new benchmarking programmes e.g. CMC, Discovery, Regulatory performance.
· Contribute to the development of current and future programmes to ensure content^is business focused to address clients needs.
