The management team at CSL are keen to appoint additional recruitment consultants at 2 levels. The openings are at Technical Consultant level for accomplished industry experts who want to use their knowledge of a technical discipline to aid others looking for jobs in the field. The other post is for an accomplished recruiter who is ready to move away from sales and build current customer accounts focusing on sourcing and placing permanent and contractor executives in 20 of the top pharmaceutical companies who number as CSL clients. This latter role has a supervisory component in terms of developing resourcers.
We have 2 new openings for graduate resourcers with some valid industry related expertise who have a sales or marketing focus as well.
The areas of interest include: Supply Chain, Quality Assurance (GMP/GCP), CMC and regulatory.
Salaries are industry comparable but have an on target bonus potential.
Supplementary Requirements:
Software Competence: MS WORD, TROY, ADAPT or similar recruitment software
Valid Driving License: Essential
